Get Started in Affiliate Marketing Step by Step

1. Set up an autoresponder:
If you are in affiliate marketing then a good tip is to give the visitors some kind of free stuff so that they will be more than willing to give you the requisite information. As otherwise, to collect visitor information, you need to create a series of follow-up e-mails, which is also called an autoresponder series. You can easily set up an autoresponder at whatever intervals you want your emails to be sent out.
2. Generate a string of emails with an autoresponder:
You can post the first direct, next day two, the third after four days and so on. This e-mail series must have good and helpful information about the product you are affiliated to. For example if you sell golf balls, you should give great tips on how to choose the right kind of balls or how to get the most out of the golf game. In emails, you should also tell you where your e-mail subscribers can purchase their golf products. Of course, this should be told through your affiliate link. Please always be creative in your emails so that you make a good impression on your subscribers. The three good autoresponders are Aweber, GetResponse and iContact.

3. Create a page where you can collect visitors' email addresses:

It is clearly not enough to just have autoresponder - you also need to create a page on your site where you can capture information about your prospects so you can send them your autoresponder series. If you want to build a business and making money on the internet, it is a necessity to have your own website. The site requires you to show your affiliate products to visitors and to collect their email addresses in order to later be able to market to them an offer via email.
